Forex: How to Run 2 Instances of Fx Terminals from same Broker

I am not here to talk about myself but a slight introduction wouldn’t hurt. I have been blogging since 2009 but I haven’t been blogging about my passion and what I enjoy doing which is FX Trading. So for every reader that comes to this blog and views any of my posts know this much that every single post is written with much dedication, sincerity and love for the trade.
My first tip on trading Fx will be for those who have multiple accounts and don’t know how to run them simultaneously, this tutorial is for you. I would like to remind all my readers that this tip is mainly for those running MT4 Metatrader platforms only. I consider it to be more stable than any other previous or recent version available for use.

For personal reasons, I will be using one of my fx platforms but will be blotting out certain financial details for reasons best known to me. The broker will be FXTM and every single process taken here is also applicable to any other Forex broker that runs on Metatrader 4.
I will be assuming that every reader on this blog has a foundational knowledge of what forex trading is about and also know how to download and install a forex trading platform for demo and real trading but if not, then a write-up can be prepared tagged “Intro to Forex Trading for  Newbies”.  This will only be considered if I get enough response or comments asking for such assistance.

So back to our initial tutorial, I will be keeping this short and precise. Just follow the listed steps below…

11.     Download and install your broker’s metatrader 4 platform and it should be installed in this system folder path :  C:\Program Files\ForexTime MT4\
22.       Assuming you already created a Demo account for yourself and you’ll love to run another instance of your trade with a different account, now all you need to do is go back to step one and copy the folder then go paste it on your desktop. Click on the Picture below to see what next to do

33.       After renaming the folder, you’ll need to go into the newly renamed folder and also rename the terminal.exe file name with a different end path example… Terminal01.exe and then you click enter.

44.       With all these done, you’ll have to right click of the newly created ForexTime MT4 Copia folder on the desktop and cut it. Then go back to program Files and paste it in the folder and it is expected to appear like this…

Now with this done I’m sure you’ll be thinking it’s all over, well you still have a little step to go and then you are good to go. With the new folder created, you can now open two instances of your broker’s platform but the newly created one will need manual input of Trading Server Address when the login window comes up…

To Get Your Broker's Server Address Manually:

You'll need to either check the mail that was sent to you email box when you created a new Demo or Real fx trading account or you go to your broker’s page and on their search page or Questions and answer page, type search "Server address" and a list of server address will come up. Copy them all in a notepad and save.

Need any other assistance with process, drop comment below and I'll get back to you ASAP...
