A Single Trader Can't Do it Alone - Why Trading Forums are Important

Goodday Pippers...
This is a write up that i have been meaning to write about for quite a while. You see, I am an introvert and i'm sure most traders are too and that's why er find so much comfort doing what we do which is staring at the computer monitor for hours unending trying to catch the next trend. But I realized something that "One Trader can't get it right Alone".

I have a wonderful trading system which I will be sharing one step at a time over the period of my blogging and I promise to give detailed explanation of how well it works for me. Back to our initial discussion, "Not being able to do it alone" is a clear cut statement. I will be using myself as an example and will be giving instances why it is so.
I started out trading through the help of a friend who was into forex even before I knew what it was all about and I decided to go at it all alone because I am that smart. I believe once I have my mind set on achieving it then nothing was going to stop me and yes nothing did. I lost a lot of money over the period of 4 years trying to build my own trading system because I have always been of the school of thought  that "what works for Mr. A might not for Mr. B". I learnt that from my mom and it worked well for me. When I finally got a trading system for myself, it worked so well that I needn't even check the fundamentals to be able to tell where the market was headed... (That is how good a system I have) but over the months, due to the successes I had trading with it I became complacent and I started reading the signals wrongly, jumping into trades that I needn't, I started over-trading to cover up for loses and I felt really frustrated.... Not because I was losing money but because afterwards I would then see all my Trading system triggers and cautions. And in time I started searching online to see if I could get help with "Having a Trading system and reading the triggers right" and that was where I came in contact with several forex forum sites.
The list were endless but I registered with a few which I would be listing below later. To my surprise, I found many people with the same problem I was having but the most amazing part of it was the fact that most of the Currency Pair analysis were done and all I needed to do was see if my Trading system gave the same reading as the forum analysis. I also got the opportunity to chat with fellow traders and get insights on currency pairs from experts and many more... This made my tarding a lot easier and also made my trading system more effective and also reduced my complacency.

Here are the list of forums

Piphut    Would love it if you own a registered account
Forexfactory  Great for indicator gathering, trading systems and also for newbies
Fxstreet     Great for reading Fundamentals
Tradingview (My favourite) it very interactive and definitely a must for all Traders

There are more that i can't list but these are my 4 favourites.... Thanks for reading and hope this helps.
